These techniques can give you a sophisticated approach to reaching your target audience on social platforms, websites and apps.

    MICRO-CREDENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) including Grade 12 English (C or U) and Grade 11 Math (C, M or U) OR;
  • Grade 12 equivalency certificate achieved through College academic upgrading OR;
  • Mature Student Status (19 years of age or older) with Grade 12 English (C or U) and Grade 11 Math (C, M or U)

    PROGRAM COMPETENCIES:

    Upon completion of this Micro-credential, students will be equipped to:

  • Compare and contrast different digital direct marketing tools, explore how they are used in advertising across social platforms, websites, and software applications.
  • Identify the structure and process for developing email campaigns and practice creating one.
  • Identify and define the foundations of Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing.
  • Apply digital advertising techniques and technology to target audiences.
