Health Assessment is designed to provide the student with the cognitive, affective and psychomotor skills required to conduct a complete physical examination and health assessment of the client across the life cycle. Included are health history taking, physical examination skills, health promotion techniques and clinical decision-making. The focus will be on the adult client who faces health challenges and life transitions.
Note: A minimum grade of 60% is required to pass.
