A diverse area of civil practice that presents you with a wide range of duties and responsibilities including legal research, drafting pleadings and preparing documents for court proceedings, preparing documentary evidence, preparing for and assisting at trial, appeals and conducting examinations in aid of execution/enforcement of orders. Students must register through ILCO to write the final exam.
Note: Participation in the assignments and discussion is deemed essential in order to be properly prepared for the ILCO provincial exam. Course fees include Syllabus only. Syllabus is posted in course. Exam Registration fees and text books are not included. No in-course evaluation; final grades are based on the ILCO exam.
NOTE: Students must register through ILCO to write the final exam, scheduled for January 28, 2020. Students wanting to sit this exam must complete and submit the exam registration form to ILCO prior to the registration deadline.
