In the Working with Stakeholders in Learning Projects micro-credential, students explore strategies to establish collaborative working relationships with stakeholders in a learning project. Through effective communication strategies, students address business needs and goals, and develop, manage and implement an effective project plan. By engaging in a variety of practice activities and scenarios, students identify typical stakeholders, build and implement a responsibility assignment matrix, plan deliverables and milestones for the steps in a project, and plan contingencies for changes to project scope and conflicting business priorities.
