Genre Fiction & Readers' Advisory Service

In this course you will explore readers' advisory service and the components of readers' advisory work from patron interview to service promotion. Also explore the principle genres of fiction and determine the characteristics of each genre and its appeal to readers. Prerequisite: Library related experience is strongly recommended.
