An effective plan will allow the firm to work within its capacity constraints, satisfy demand, and achieve efficiencies in operation. This course examines in detail the process of Master Planning. Master Planning encompasses the activities of Business Planning, Production Planning, Master Production Scheduling, and Final Assembly Scheduling.
