This hands-on intermediate class will allow you to develop your photography skills by introducing you to new concepts and techniques as well as advanced features of using your digital SLR camera. You'll be introduced to studio lighting techniques, learn how to modify and control natural light when shooting outdoors, macro photography secrets, and the best way to compose landscape and cityscape shots. You'll get lots of hands-on shooting practice through several field trips to different locations in the area to shoot a wide variety of subjects. In the digital darkroom, using Adobe Creative Suite, you'll learn how to make adjustments to specific areas in your image in order to improve it, as well as how to apply effects and create special projects such as posters and albums.
