This course is designed specifically for Technical Support Analysts who are required to train staff in various technical areas in the organization. Using the case method, students will use a hands-on approach, enabling them to apply theoretical concepts to a real organization. In doing this, they will work with a single organization, from the analysis of its training needs, through the setting of objectives, the design of a training plan and the evaluation training in the company.
