Lockers for HHS students

Welcome!

In order of priority based on lab equipment requirements (and because jackets and bags cannot be kept in labs during instruction time), lockers for students in the Faculty of Hospitality and Horticultural Science have been made available for students in the following programs:

  1. Culinary Management
  2. Culinary Skills
  3. Hospitality Management
  4. Hospitality Skills
  5. Horticulture – Food & Farming
  6. Horticulture Technician

CFF Locker Rental Fee:

  • $30.00 per academic year (September to April or January to August)

Locks

Please note that the rate above is for locker rental only. Students must provide their own locks and assume sole responsibility for any damages to the locks that may be incurred. Locks can be purchased at the Campus Bookstore.

Unauthorized Use of Lockers

If you have taken possession of a locker without first renting it through the locker program, your lock will be cut and your items will be removed without notice. This allows the student who has properly registered and paid for the locker to take possession of it. Once a locker has been cut, all contents will be put in storage for students to reclaim. Proof of ownership must be shown to retrieve belongings. Contents will be stored for only ten business days, after which they will be donated or thrown out. The Locker Program is neither responsible for any items that go missing after their removal from a locker, nor for any items that are left unclaimed for more than ten business days.

Please follow the instructions below to register and pay for your locker:

  1. Go to the Whitby Campus Registrar’s Office and provide your Student ID and payment (Debit or Credit only) for locker rental – keep the receipt as proof of payment.
  2. Complete the Locker Rental Agreement Form
  3. Bring the receipt issued by the registrar’s office for the locker rental fee and Locker Rental Agreement Form to the Main Administration Office – Room 117

Hours Available for Locker Assignments:

  • Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Once your locker number is assigned to you may place your lock on the assigned locker.  Students are required to provide their own lock.
