Personal and public safety is crucial for everyone!
This program will center on the verbal skills required to identify and diffuse crisis situations. It is important not only to properly communicate, but also use communication to ones best advantage. As part of the program an introduction to physical skills will be provided designed to identify pre-attack indicators/threat recognition and safety strategies.
- The workshop is designed to meet the new Ontario Health and Safety Act (OHSA – Bill 168) requirements for all front line staff that interact with the public.
Suitable for front-line staff including non-security personnel, security practitioners, all supervisors and managers, health care professionals, educational professionals, special event personnel, etc.
Once you have passed the training you will receive certification.
Successfully complete this training and place it on your resume under additional certifications.
