Graduation statuses have been updated on your MyCampus account. If you need a verification of graduation letter, please use the self-service options on MyCampus. A how-to guide for obtaining a verification of graduation letter can be found here. Your status will read as ‘approved – not yet awarded’ until the Thursday, October 28 graduation date. After this date it will confirm that your certificate or diploma has been awarded.
As of Thursday, October 28 your official transcript will state your graduated status. You can submit your form and payment now but indicate to hold your requests until after graduation. Official transcripts will be mailed out through Canada Post after this date.
Credentials will be mailed to the local address on file in early November. Please verify and update your mailing address through the Self Service Options in MyCampus.
Graduates registering to attend the DC Lawn Sign Pick-up event at the Oshawa campus on Thursday, October 28, may choose to pick-up their credential at that time.
Credentials will be mailed free of charge.
A shout-out submission form has been created and is now available on the convocation website. This provides a place where you and your fellow grads, families and friends, and DC faculty and employees have the opportunity to submit pictures, share stories and post congratulatory messages.
These shouts-outs are featured on the Convocation Recognition website so be sure to submit yours today.
The decision to postpone the fall 2021 ceremonies was made after monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely, consulting with health authorities and with a commitment to the safety and well-being of our students, their families and our broader community.
Once we are approved to celebrate in-person all 2020 and 2021 graduates will be invited to attend. Details will be released closer to that time through your personal email address.
