COVID-19 screening and vaccination questionnaire outage – November 12 to 15

As a result of scheduled upgrades to the institution’s IT systems, the COVID-19 pre-screening questionnaire will be unavailable from Friday November 12 at 5 p.m. until Monday November 15 at 6 a.m.

At designated entry points, employees, students and visitors requiring access to campus during this time period will be required to:

  • Present a paper or digital copy of their second vaccination receipt to security personnel.
  • Verbally screen for COVID-19 symptoms.

Individuals requiring access to campus the evening of November 12 are encouraged to sign in and complete the screening process on the app prior to 5 p.m. to obtain a digital pass that will be in effect until 11:59 p.m.

Please note: the Office of Campus Safety is not currently equipped to scan the new provincial QR code proof of vaccination.
