This presentation will cover conflict in the workplace and how it can have an impact on a healthy working environment. Conflict resolution and leadership development are two closely related concepts that are important for the success of any organization or team so the focus will be on analyzing the causes and style of the conflict at the workplace such as functional and dysfunctional. Once the root cause is identified then it will be seen how can conflict resolution tools be applied in a workplace to have an effective work environment and leadership style.
