The public health emergency posed by COVID-19 is an extremely challenging time for so many of us. DCSI and Boreal Wellness Centres are teaming up to provide stress management group sessions for FREE. These secure Zoom sessions are not “group therapy” but do offer a supportive environment to learn practical skills to manage stress and anxiety.

These 60-min virtual group sessions aim to:

  • provide a confidential forum for support
  • introduce healthy coping tools to optimize mental health
  • enhance readiness for school (or work)
