What will we do?
As college students, we are expected to know things we are never taught. This discrepancy can be stressful and uncomfortable. In this community discussion series, we will confront the discomfort together and dive into some curriculum that will equip us with practical skills to succeed! Through guided activities and discussions, we will explore life skills and how to apply them in ways that are helpful for you in working towards your goals. The goal of this community discussion series is to learn from one another to feel whole and prepared for success.

This course has been updated based on feedback from your peers to be increasingly relevant to the current experiences of students. We welcome those who have taken this course before and newcomers alike!

What will you learn?
• To build life skills and techniques that are relevant and useful to you in working towards your goals
