Recovery College: It’s Okay Not to be Okay

Venue
In-person Oshawa Campus
Address:
2000 Simcoe St. N.
Oshawa, Ontario Canada

Navigating wellness throughout the college experience is difficult, but you don’t have to do it alone! We will learn to prioritize our wellness together in a judgement free zone! Through activities and discussions, we will create a community where your experiences with distress are not a source of shame, but that of strength, resiliency, and expertise. You and your peers will share your insights and learn from each other so we can build toolkits that we can use to achieve our personal wellness goals. The goal of this community discussion series is for you to feel supported and empowered to prioritize yourself!

This course has been updated based on feedback from your peers to be increasingly relevant to the current experiences of students. We welcome those who have taken this course before and newcomers alike!
