Complete the following form and click Submit at the bottom of the page. Whitby Enrolment Services will email you once you have been registered, noting registration is first come, first served and only by this form due to our remote services at this time.  If you have any questions please contact us through the LiveChat option or email central@durhamcollege.ca.

    • Registration is first come, first served and only by submitting the above registration form.
    • Whitby Enrolment Services will send you a confirmation email once registered.
    • This email will indicate the exact charge to your account and payment instructions.

    Payment Options

    • Credit Card (Visa, MC, AMEX) on MyDC
    • Bank Transfer (takes 3-5 business days)
    • Personal cheques and cash payments are not accepted

    SIN Collection

    • CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) requires your SIN (Social Insurance Number) for your T2202 tax form.
    • Add your SIN on MyDC if you have not already done so, or submit it as soon as possible.

    Withdrawal Policy

    • You are academically and financially responsible for your program unless you officially withdraw before the start of the first class. Failure to attend and/or non-payment of fees does not constitute a withdrawal.
    • To withdraw, a completed Program Withdrawal Form must be emailed to central@durhamcollege.ca by the start of the first class and is subject to a $100 admin fee.
    • After the start of the first class, no refunds will be considered.
    • Students who stop attending and do not follow proper withdrawal procedures will be recorded as having failed the program.
    • If a program becomes full and we have an internal list of students waiting for a seat in a program, apprentices who have not paid within five business days after receiving their registration confirmation may be deregistered from their program to make space available.
