Registrations for the winter semester apprenticeship programs will begin on Wednesday September 30.  Please continue to fill out this form and you will be placed in order of receipt.  Whitby Enrolment Services will email you once you have been registered, noting registration is first come, first served and only by this form due to our remote services at this time.  If you have any questions please contact us through the LiveChat option or email wes@durhamcollege.ca.

  • Resistration
    • Registration is first come, first served and only by email at this time
    • WES will send you a confirmation email once registered
    • Apprenticeship fees are assessed to your student account immediately upon registration
    • Payment is required within five (5) days of the date of our email to you, or you may be deregistered
    Payment Options
    • Credit Card (Visa, MC, AMEX) on the DC Website for new student and MyCampus for previously enrolled students
    • Bank Transfer (takes 3-5 business days) - use your Durham College student number for the account number
    • Personal cheques or cash payments are not accepted
    SIN Collection
    • CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) requires your SIN (Social Insurance Number) for your T2202 tax form
    • Add your SIN on MyCampus if you have not already done so, or submit it as soon as possible once back on campus, before December 2020
    Withdrawal
    • You are academically and financially responsible for your program unless you officially withdraw before the start of the first class. Failure to attend does not constitute withdrawal. To withdraw, a Program Withdrawal Form must be emailed to wes@durhamcollege.ca by the start of the first class
    • Withdrawals are subject to a $100 admin fee if withdrawn before the first class
    • After the start of the first class, there are no refunds
    • Office use only

Your personal information may also be used or disclosed for administrative, information technology, law enforcement, statistical or research purposes of the College or ministries and agencies of the Ontario and federal governments.
