Durham College is committed to ensuring that the student experience comes first and as such places a great deal of importance on having strong communication between students, faculty and staff.
As part of that commitment, a new student communication process was recently launched comprised of a comprehensive Student Communication Reference Chart that outlines how the college communicates with students (e.g. methods and types of communication).
In addition, students are being encouraged to like the college on Facebook and follow us on Twitter in order to ensure they receive the most current information in the event of an emergency situation on campus.
The college has also launched new feedback methods called DC Cares consisting of email, online and paper-based feedback options that students can use to ask questions, make suggestions and provide feedback. The DC Cares email address can be reached via email@example.com, the online form is located on the DC Cares webpageand the paper-based form can be submitted through the DC Cares drop boxes, which are located in various areas at all campuses and learning sites.
