In September 2013 DC’s new Centre for Food will open, the new facility will include a full-service, green-certified teaching restaurant and lounge, state-of-the-art labs, classrooms and meeting spaces designed to accommodate approximately 900 new students pursuing careers in the culinary, hospitality, tourism and agriculture sectors.
