Exercise Physiology 1

Exercise Physiology I discusses essential knowledge of the structure and function of the human body with an emphasis on examining the physiological effects of acute and chronic exercise upon bioenergetics and various systems in the body. The principles of homeostasis and physiological regulation will also be examined, specifically the importance of synergist relationships between a number of systems in the human body. Specific topics discussed include: biogenetics, the muscular system and the nervous system.
