Exercise Physiology I discusses essential knowledge of the structure and function of the human body with an emphasis on examining the physiological effects of exercise upon bioenergetics and various systems in the body. The principles of homeostasis and physiological regulation will also be examined, specifically the importance of synergist relationships between a number of systems in the human body. Specific systems studied are: muscular, nervous and respiratory.
