Exercise Physiology II
Exercise Physiology II explores the essential knowledge of the structure and function of the human body with an emphasis on examining the physiological effects of exercise upon organ systems in the body. The influence of external factors (e.g. environmental challenges, ergogenic aids etc.) on exercise performance will also be examined highlighting principles of homeostasis and the importance of synergist relationships between various systems in the human body. Specific systems studied are: respiratory, cardiovascular and endocrine.
