In this course, students will learn about the art of direction using cinematic language. Film ideas produced in Cinematic Arts I will be brought to life as students work with HD cameras to film, edit and polish a scene. Camerawork is a key focus as the cinematic ideals of visual storytelling are transferred to animation and the dynamic composition of a 3D software camera. Students will then be able to identify cinematic tools and apply them to animations as well.
