Computer Applications II - Sport

Students are expected to create documents for projects to assist in decision making, to build professional portfolios, and to perform administrative duties. Applications covered in this course are as follows: Spreadsheet Management: Students will create spreadsheets, analyze resulting data, generate formulas and functions and create appropriate charts from resulting data Group Communication tools: Students will be able to use the web-based project management tool to be able to create to-do lists, messaging their team, share files, and time track their projects Sharepoint: Students will have the ability to manage the on-line document and collaboration tool for file sharing and storage. Social Media and Hootsuite: Users will generate and maintain a healthy on-line social presence for either personal, product or corporate promotion by using a social media management platform, and by doing so, maintaining a positive social image. Video Editing: Users will create professional videos using various video editing software. Once complete, users will be able to integrate their videos with various social media platforms to enhance their social presence, which may include creating channels on YouTube. Applications may include, but are not limited to: Wondershare Filmora, Apple iMovie, Lumen5, Microsoft Photos, Powtoon, and Moovl.
