Design Tools I

This course will introduce students to production techniques using the three major graphics software programs of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Students will learn how to properly construct digital artwork files using various tools and functions of these programs. Workflow management in a studio environment, basic prepress methods and practices, and creating a hierarchal system for artwork files will be reviewed.
