This course focuses on familiarizing the dental receptionist with the dental office procedures and builds on elements introduced in DENTAL ANATOMY AND CHARTING (DENT 1520) AND MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND OFFICE EMERGENCIES (DENT 1521). The process of disease transmission, preventive dentistry, and specialties will be highlighted.
