This course is designed to provide students with an introduction to Microsoft Outlook, as well as advanced skills in Microsoft Word. Students will use Microsoft Outlook to organize contacts, appointments, set meetings, and compose clear and concise correspondence via email. Students will use advanced tasks in Microsoft Word to create a variety of business documents using mail merge, customized templates, and other advanced techniques.
