Personal Training I

During this course, students will have the opportunity to practise exercise techniques used in personal training in weekly laboratory sessions. Topics such as the principles of training, exercise selection and monitoring as well as correct exercise and spotting techniques will be covered. Cardiorespiratory, resistance training and flexibility programs will also be covered.
