Examine the fundamental theories, concepts and practices related to enhancing organizational effectiveness. Discover the ways in which individuals, groups, and entire organizations function and interact within the overall organizational context. Through case study analysis, interventions for enhancing organizational performance for the HR practitioner will be evaluated and discussed. Successful completion of this course, with a minimum final grade of 65%, will qualify as an approved credit towards the academic component of the Certified Human Resources Professional designation (CHRP), or Certified Human Resources Leader designation (CHRL), designations granted by the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).
