Contracts 1

A contract is a "blueprint for the future" crated to cover a specific event or undertaking, voluntarily made by the parties involved and which they recognize may be enforced in court if either refuses to perform. In most contracts, specific promises are made and it is from these promises that the contracted is created. This course will examine the creation of a valid contract. It will study each of the component parts necessary for the formation of a binding contract and analyze each element's effect upon the creation and enforceability of oral, written and implied contracts.
