Fitness II - Pfp

Building on the principles learned in PFP110 students will continue to develop their fitness level through regular instructor-led workouts, focusing on the elements of the PREP, PARE and OPFA testing. Students will gain an understanding of nutrition and body composition and its relationship to their fitness level. Students will continue to prepare to successfully challenge the various physical Bona Fide Occupational Requirements (BFOR) for constable selection.
