Project Procurement

Project Procurement Management is one of the ten Knowledge Areas of the PMBOK® Guide – 6th edition. Project Procurement Management provides students with a detailed understanding of the increased importance of procurement in projects. This course will focus on the tools and techniques required to purchase or acquire products, services or results needed to complete the project from outside the project team. The topics cover all of the PMI processes specifically, plan procurement, conduct procurement and control procurement.
