This course enables students to apply their knowledge of restaurant and beverage operations through practical experience in a work-integrated environment. Students will participate by working in front of house and back of house areas in the on-campus commercial restaurant, in various outlets, and/or in a local restaurant. Students will have the opportunity to further develop their technical skills and transferrable skills such as guest service, culinary, teamwork, cleanliness and safety, and sustainability.
