Client Management & Sales

In this introductory course students will learn what it takes to sell, understand consumer buying behaviour and communication skills for successful selling. Students will learn the importance of sales knowledge especially in regards to customers, products and technologies. Additionally, students will develop an understanding of how and where to find new prospects and develop the specific skills needed to make effective sales calls.
