Farm To Table Tourism

Students are introduced to how a tourism destination's location, history, culture and people can be experienced through agriculture, food and drink. Agro-tourism, Culinary tourism and Beverage tourism markets are studied including current and emerging trends and issues in the food tourism field in Canada and around the world.
