Paralegal graduates from accredited Law Society of Ontario (LSO) programs gain experience in corporate, family, real estate, wills, estate law and more when enrolled in the Law Clerk Advanced fast-track program. Whether you want to transition to a broader range of practice areas as a law clerk or supplement your paralegal skills, this program will expand the knowledge you already possess while providing you with the competitive edge you need to move into a successful legal career.
To help students succeed in programs with remote learning requirements, Durham College’s IT Services department has identified minimum technology recommendations. While these are not program requirements, these suggestions will help ensure students have the right tools to support a quality remote learning experience.

The three-semester Law Clerk – Advanced (fast-track) program will provide you with extensive training in the theory and practice of law as well as a field placement opportunity and advanced job search strategies required to give you the edge to launch an exciting legal career.
