Living Well Living well goes beyond having the perfect body or a cool car. It’s about finding a natural balance in all aspects of our lives – emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, physical, social, and spiritual – so that we can grow and flourish as individuals and as a community. At Durham College (DC), we are dedicated to fostering a balanced and holistic approach to health and wellness for our students, staff and faculty. In support of the campus commitment to well-being, the Healthy Campus Task Force (HCTF) has launched Living Well – an initiative to support the development of programs to help us educate ourselves and each other and that support and promote overall well-being. The site provides tools and resources that encourage problem-solving and self-management to help our people connect with, and maintain, a life that is meaningful to them.
