What is coaching?
Coaching is about helping students build resilience and succeed in achieving their goals. Coaching helps students learn more about themselves so that they can access their strengths to set goals and make decisions. Students and coaches will primarily meet in person. If a student requires counselling, therapy or academic advising, the coach will help make a referral with the student.
How do I connect with a coach?
If this is your initial appointment with a Wellness Coach, please proceed to the 2nd floor of the Student Centre to the Well-being Centre, Room 220.
If you are already connected to a Wellness Coach, contact the Campus Health Centre at 905.721.3037 to book an appointment.
