A transcript details your academic history, including your grades, the courses you have completed, and whether or not you graduated.
- A request for an official transcript can be satisfied in the following ways:
- Electronic version sent to another institution or employer
- A hard/physical copy mailed through Canada post to the address provided below
- Please note we are unable to email electronic transcripts to students directly
- If you are applying to another Ontario institution, please note that you will need to request your transcript electronically through Ontario Colleges (OCAS) or Ontario Universities Application Centre (OUAC)
- If you require for your transcript for personal use at this time, please view your unofficial transcript on MyDC. To do this, please follow the How to View your Unofficial Transcript tutorial.
- Payment must be submitted after submitting this application by following the page prompts.
- Requests may take up to 7 - 10 business days for processing.
- Graduation status will not appear on a transcript until after your official graduation date has taken place.
Apprenticeship students
Transcript fees are included when you pay for your Offer of Classroom training. Official transcripts are automatically mailed through Canada Post within 2 weeks of completing your level with us to the address we have on file.
Duplicate copies or any requests outside of this are to be requested and paid for by the student by completing the form below.
Nursing/Post-Nursing Graduates
If you require us to complete forms for CGFNS, NNAS, CLPNA, CNO, please submit a transcript request by completing the form below. On the form below, there is a section for Nursing/Post-Nursing Graduates where you will also have to tick-off “Nursing validation of course content” ($40 charge) as well as upload your forms from the respective organization.
