IT Services provides services to the students and employees of both Durham College and Ontario Tech University. We are committed to providing the best service possible through a number of channels which include phone, email, live chat and in-person support.

The main Service Desk is located in the Gordon Willey Building, room SW100. This area is commonly referred to as the Computer Commons, which is host to over 100 PCs, over 25 iMacs as well as 6 printers.

We encourage you to visit the main service desk portal for more information on the services we offer, our current hours and closure dates, as well as a helpful FAQ section containing documentation on how to use many of the services or software offered by the institution.

You can find the Service Desk portal here: https://servicedesk.dc-ot.ca/.
