To adhere to best practices, Durham College (DC) will be disallowing anonymous Microsoft Teams sites. As a result, Microsoft 365 (M365) Teams sites will require an owner for each site as of May 3, 2024.
New Teams site creation remains open to all DC M365 users, however the creator is prompted to accept site ownership.
For existing sites that do not have an owner, current site members will be prompted via an email to accept ownership.
Students should continue to keep login credentials private. IT Services will never ask you for your password. If you forget your password, or exceed the maximum number of failed login attempts, you can use the self-service password reset at durhamcollege.ca/reset.
