Consent to Release Information

If the student wishes to have financial or academic information discussed with a third-party (i.e. a parent, other family member, etc.), Durham College requires permission from the student to release this information.

The Consent to Release Information form must be sent to us from your dc mail email address or submitted in person providing photo ID.
