Fall semester parking permits and annual passes for Durham College parking lots are now available.
On campus parking permit sales for fall semester passes are valid September 1 through to December 31 and annual passes are valid September 1, 2024 through to August 31, 2025.
All college parking is managed by third party providers. The purchasing process will depend on your lot location and availability. Once a parking lot is full, please select another option if available based on location. A waitlist will be created based on the time of registration and the selected lot.
CURRENT PERMIT HOLDER – ANNUAL AND SEMESTER PASSES
- You are required to re-register online through Precise Parklink’s Interactive Parking Access Subscriber System (IPASS).
- You will need to modify your username to access IPASS and re-register for Fall 2024 semester or Annual permits. (Example: Current User Name “DCLORDS” modify to “DCLORDS2024”).
- Input your current parking access card number into IPASS during re-registration process. This card will then be activated upon IPASS approval. No further action will be required by the purchaser.
- Ensure the ACTIVATION DATE on IPASS application indicates SEPTEMBER 1, 2024.
NEW USERS – ANNUAL AND SEMESTER PASSES
- You are required to register online using your DC email address through IPASS and ensure the ACTIVATION DATE on IPASS application indicates SEPTEMBER 1, 2024.
- Payment for parking permits can be made through the IPASS registration website through credit card or pre-authorized payment.
- After completing the registration, an approval email will be sent within 24 to 48 hours.
- Access cards or hang tags should be picked up before Friday, August 30, 2024:
- Oshawa Campus, Gordon Willey Building, Parking Office, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Whitby Campus, Don Lovisa Building, Parking Office, Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Initial access cards are free. Replacement cards can be requested for $25.
- Students who register for an annual pass will need to maintain their pass until August 31, 2025.
DAILY PARKING
- Available in pay-and-display lots and gated lots.
- Fee: $5 per hour, $18 daily maximum at the Oshawa campus and $14 at the Whitby campus.
- Tap debit and credit card payment are available at exit gates.
- Pay Stations accept cash, coins, debit and credit cards and are located in the Founders 2 lot (south-east corner), and Commencement lot at the Oshawa campus. Two pay stations are available at the Whitby campus, one inside the Don Lovisa building entrance, the second inside the main entrance to the CSTT.
