Interested in supporting Durham College (DC) Dental Assisting students while receiving basic oral health services? We are looking for clients to help students complete their clinical training requirements.
If you would like to participate, please complete the registration form. Please note that submitting the registration form does not guarantee an appointment. Information collected through the form will be used to assess interest and schedule clients based on program needs and availability.
What to expect
Appointments are approximately 2.5 hours long. Because each appointment is part of their clinical training, attendance is essential. Missed appointments can significantly impact their ability to meet program requirements.
During your visit, you may receive a variety of services, including:
- Dental examination
- Dental X-rays (if prescribed)
- Teeth polishing
- Fluoride treatment
- Personalized oral hygiene instruction
Fees
- DC students enrolled in a dental program: Free
- Other DC students and members of the public: $10
Eligibility
Clients must be between 6 and 21 years of age. You are also welcome to refer eligible family members or friends. If you are referring someone, please indicate this on the registration form.
