We’re updating our service hours in the Office of the Registrar and International Education. Starting Monday April 14 our in-person, LiveChat, and phone support will be available Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
What does this mean?
This change allows us to better support you—our students. By adjusting our hours, our team will have dedicated time each day for:
- Answering your emails more effectively
- Ongoing training to stay sharp and informed
- Knowledge sharing to ensure consistent and helpful service
These behind-the-scenes efforts mean you’ll get faster, more accurate, and more consistent support when you need it most.
How does this work for you?
You can still access support Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. through the channels you’re used to—whether you prefer stopping by in person, chatting online, or calling us.
Need help outside of those hours? Many of your most common questions can be answered through our online resources, and we’ll be checking and responding to emails as quickly as we can.
