No refund will be processed for students who withdraw after Day 10 of the semester. The official date of withdrawal will be noted as the date this withdrawal form is received.

Please note, if you change your mind about withdrawing after you submit this form and wish to defer your admission to a future intake instead, please complete the Deferral Form. Note that a deferral request submitted after a withdrawal request will be reviewed by International Enrolment for approval. In this case, we will contact you by the email address you provide.

If you decide to withdraw from Durham College for any reason other than a visa refusal, a deduction of approximately $2,600 CAD will be applied to your student account prior to sending a refund out. The equation, which is set out by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities, that we use to determine this amount is listed in the official Durham College international withdrawal policy and procedure, which can be found here.

By confirming your seat and paying your fees, you have agreed to the terms and conditions of our offer letter, which includes the withdrawal policy. We strongly recommend that students who cannot attend their current semester at Durham College, defer their start date to a future intake. If you wish to defer, please complete the online International Deferral form.
