This capstone styled course is designed to provide third year students the opportunity to consolidate and employ the knowledge and skills they have acquired during their three years of studies. Students will be required to apply, in an integrated way, principles from supply chain and operations management as well as more general business concepts that they have learned to date through a series of increasingly complex case studies and assignments. Working in teams, students will examine the supply chain and operational issues and the impact they have on the success of the entire business, and make recommendations for action. Students may be required to present their analysis in both written and oral presentations. At the end of the course, student teams present a final case report to a panel of faculty and industry representatives.
