Important update regarding Durham College tuition payment methods

Dear students,

We want to share an important update regarding changes to the options available to safely pay your tuition and fees at Durham College (DC).

Effective April 24, 2026, CIBC will no longer offer tuition and fee payments through the Student Pay Portal.

The following payment methods continue to be available:

• Flywire:

• • Online Bank Transfer
  • American Express
  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • International Bank Transfers

• Online banking through Canadian banks

Official payment options are available on the DC website.

Protect yourself from payment fraud

When planning or making a payment:

• Use only payment methods listed on the DC website.
• Be cautious if someone offers to pay your tuition outside of DC payment methods.
• For international students, a sponsor may pay on your behalf. Even then, payments must be made using official DC payment options, and you may be asked to confirm who is making the payment.
• Contact DC if payment instructions are different from what you see on our website.
• Ask for confirmation before making a payment if you are unsure.
