SALS provides ideal spaces to help you stay productive and achieve your academic goals:

  • Open study area with computers (or bring your own device), a printer, tables for individual and group work. Sign in at the front desk to use the space during business hours.
  • Bookable study rooms, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Our study rooms are accessible and quiet, equipped with a monitor and whiteboard, perfect for individual use or collaboration with up to 5 classmates. Book a study room in person (SSB 204, Oshawa; 1-10, Whitby) on the day of use.

Study Room Policies

To maintain a productive study environment and ensure equitable access for all students, the following policies are in place:

  • Students (individuals or groups) can use study rooms for academic purposes for a maximum of two hours per day. This two-hour period is not extendable by any member of the group.
  • Noise levels must be kept low to respect others working quietly in SALS.
  • Rooms must be left clean for the next students.
