By using the Study Rooms, you agree to the following terms and conditions that ensure fair and equitable access for all students:
- Study rooms are bookable by currently registered Durham College students
- If a study room is not needed, email sals@durhamcollege.ca or phone 905-721-2000 ext. 2491 to cancel
- If the student or group of students is more than 15 minutes late for a study room booking start time, the booking will be cancelled, and the room will be offered to other students.
- Study room use is a privilege, students are required to be respectful toward staff and other students
- While food is not permitted, lidded beverages are allowed
- SALS is not responsible for any valuables left unattended in study rooms
- SALS reserves the right to revoke study room access for misuse of study room policies or violations of Durham College’s Student Conduct policy.
