New international students who are unable to attend Durham College as planned must notify us. Students who have accepted an offer and paid first semester fees have the option of deferring their studies to a future term by completing the below form prior to day 10 of their intake.
Please note: you may only defer once. Any subsequent deferral requests are considered new applications and will require the completion of the withdrawal form. Select “I have already deferred once. I plan on reapplying for a program and do not request a refund.” You can then begin the reapplication process.
Applicants who have not paid fees are not eligible for a deferral and must reapply to a future intake. These students will also be required to complete the withdrawal form.

Please note: As some programs are only available in the Fall, you will be deferred to the next intake for your program, which may not necessarily be the next semester. Please review Programs and Courses to see when the next available intake is for your program.
If you wish to defer to an intake later than the next available one, please email intlenrolment@durhamcollege.ca after completing this form with your preferred intake. Be sure to include your student number on all communications.
